Hi 9:00 Sector Camps!
Early Arrival Passes have all been distributed from DEATH Pony to your Ticketfly accounts. You should have received an email notice from Ticketyfly Events. If you haven't seen them please check your spam and your trash for an email from Ticketfly members...@ticketfly.com. It will have a subject line that says “Your Request for PLACEMENT EARLY ARRIVAL has been Approved”.
If
they are nowhere to be found please contact us immediately at
plac...@burningman.org.
Please make sure the subject line reads: "[9:00] 'your camp
name' early arrival passes not received."
If you are
looking for a few more, sorry we'll not be able to accommodate that
request. If you have received what you've requested - that's
fantastic! We don't need to know that, please remember that there are
only 3 of us handling about 250 camps in this sector after we get off
of our paying jobs.
We’ve attached a document that is
for *everyone* in your camp. It's a *lot* of information and we have
posted it onto
the 9:00 sector Facebook Page, so you find it there as well. It
contains useful information to have regarding: The Artery, Black
Rock Rangers, BMIR (94.5 FM), Coffee, DMV, Driving in the City,
Family Unification Network (FUN), GARS (95.1 FM), Health Permits,
Ice, In & Outs at Black Rock City, Kids, Law Enforcement, Lost
and Found, Media Mecca, Medical, Playa Info, Rain Plans, Recycle
Camp, Toilets, Volunteer on Playa!, and Will Call/Box Office.
Yeah.
It’s a lot. That’s why it’s an attachment.
We think
it contains the most relevant information that you need besides the
standard, drive slow into the city to prevent dusting anyone, when
you get to your camp park your car and leave it, be respectful of
your neighbors and don't blast your music, etc, etc... - BUT you guys
KNOW and live by these already, right? :)
Only a few more
days before theme camps start arriving! Start packing all the
things!!!
