Camp Member (first timer) in need of a ride from SF to BM

Hi everyone!

Amanda here from Toronto.  I am a new solo addition to your camp and am really looking forward to experiencing BM for the first time.

I secured a ticket rather recently through the OMG sale on August 5th.  I am not picking up my ticket at will call. I am expecting my ticket to arrive at my address from UPS (I actually still haven't received this and find it concerning - any idea where or who I should address this to?  A tracking number wasn't provided).

I am still in need of a ride from SF to BRC.  I do not have an early bird ticket, so I am unable to visit BRC before the event begins.  I'd like to arrive there from start to finish.  Does anyone  in SF have extra room in their vehicle for another passenger?  I require transportation with enough room to store my baggage, water, and a bicycle (I would need to find a bike in SF or on the way to BCM - any suggestions are welcomed!). 

I am aiming to book my flight to SF either on August 22nd (Saturday) or 23rd (Sunday) in order to give myself enough time to  plan and collect the things I need for BM.  I can lend a hand in helping you pack or prepare.

Any takers or recommendations?

I didn't pay attention to the omg ticket situation but assuming you bought the ticket through Ticketfly.  You would have made an account etc.  check through Ticketfly site.  they will email you when it arrives.  

If you can secure an early arrival pass?  would love it if I had company driving the uhaul.  But not sure about space for bike not sure my bike will fit.

 Is there a way to get my hands on a legitimate early arrival pass?  I actually learned of its distinction about 2 days ago. I don't mind coming early to help set up. :)

As for my ticket: I double-checked my ticketfly order and it stated that I should receive notice from Canada Post with the tracking information on the day the ticket has been shipped out. Since I haven't received that information, I'm assuming the ticket has not yet been shipped.  A little nerve wracking considering I will be leaving Toronto in a week and I purchased my ticket 10 days ago.

Jill, can you get an EA pass from a connection?  We do have someone to ride in the Uhaul with you, Doty's niece, but Amanda could ride with us if we could find her an EA pass.

An update: I am searching for an Early Arrival Ticket. Still no luck.  Search continues for transportation.  If any leads happen to show up, please let me know!
