National Debrief

There seems to be some confusion about the national debrief so I
wanted to touch base to make sure we're all on the same page here.
First, the plan is to meet only on Sunday, as many of the ED
volunteers in the debrief will be participating in the judges program
on Saturday. My hope is that if we start promptly at 8 am, we will be
finished by 3 pm - allowing enough time for the majority of us to make
it back to site Sunday night. If you need to leave early, or ending
by 3 will be too late, please let me know.
I've been in contact with Mary about the debrief and she has some
reservations about space at the Cas with a combined judges
program/national debrief. I sent her some things she asked for at 3pm
yesterday and I am waiting for a response. I didn't want to send out
a final itinerary/confirmation until I got the green light from her
first. I'll be in touch as soon as she gets back to me.
As for the Agenda, I have attached it here. Please let me know if you
have any suggestions...they would be much welcomed.
Also, please share this email with those in your region that did not
attend the TOT (and thus, are not on this email list), but plan on
coming to the debrief to prep the 2012 camps.
