Good point, that should've been a new thread:

****NEXT MEETING*** Thursday, 5pm*- same bat time, same bat channel.
Thursday seems to be the only evening that works for all, but that
leaves us
only ONE more meeting before Soak! We have a lot more work than that
to do,
so we'll need to break down to smaller groups, and claim homework
assignments if necessary. **PLEASE POST YOUR SCHEDULE** so we can
figure out
who's available which days, and organize some smaller gatherings.
Twitch has
generously offered the use of his home for workspace any time that
we're
available until the event.

One other matter that we need to arrange is transportation of all
these
wonderful creations to and from the event. We need to figure out how
many of
us have cargo space available, and how much. Also which days people
are
arriving on. Just another reason that it is important that we all make
it to
Thursday's meeting!

Homework assignments already claimed include Chase's trip to the
Rebuilding
Center today, and Jadene and I will hit up the Bins tomorrow. Please,
everyone keep a look out for:
*More Balls
*Lawn Gnomes
*Caution Tape/Other Cautionary Equipment
*Things We Can Use As Fencing Around Our Camp (to somewhat contain the
balls)

Also, we should arrange some reward system and post signs for people
returning stray balls to the camp :)
