No simu with CAMotics ?

Hi All !

I'm new with engraving and I try to see the cynematic of my cnc.

I load the GCode (.ngc) but nothing happens, the simulation view stays black,

Progress bar doesn't move,

If I double click on the file, the GCode appears in the simu window but nothing if clicking simu button...

Buttons from "start/stop" to "snap bottom view" are not operational.

An other program show me the final result but I'd like to check the cinematic of engraving...

OS Windows 10/64Bits

All my drivers are updated

Can you post a video or screen capture of the problem and your GCode file?
