camoList web proxy updates

hi!

writing to let you know of a couple of improvements happening to the
camoList web proxies tonight

first is that YouTube compatibility has been restored! all proxies
list at https://camolist.com/ now fully support playing youtube videos

second is there were a couple domains of ours with expired ssl
certificates that caused errors to show when you tried to access the
proxy. this has been corrected and all proxies are loading correctly
now


please let me know what else you would like seen done to improve the
web proxies!
