dc housing

Hi Everyone!!
I was wondering whether anyone has found housing yet- I'm looking into
it right now and I'd really like to find one or more roommates if
possible (anyone interested?) since a lot of the living space
available closest to the campus is houses rather than individual
apartments. I just graduated from Georgetown a month ago- while both
the school and the dc area are absolutely wonderful, finding housing
that isn't nightmarishly expensive can be pretty tricky. Please
contact me or reply to this post if you're even remotely interested in
some sort of joint housing situation and we can talk further and
hopefully find something that works out!!

Hi Molly,

I'd definitely be interested.  I've been talking to two different realtors--one who has a house with only a basement left and I can ask him what's available with his second one--and the other has a house that fits 3-4 people but the rent is a little more expensive ($1,400/month I think).  All the houses are a few blocks from the school and I have some pictures, too.  If you want any more info on these let me know but just wanted to let you know that I'm looking to do a joint housing too so if you hear of anything else let me know and I'll do the same and hopefully we can find something!

Hi Molly and Tara and everyone in CAM,

I'm also interested in group housing. I was hunting on craigslist for
a little bit yesterday and there were a bunch of row houses and family
homes up for rent in the Gtown area. I saw a few 3 BR. row houses, and
then bigger houses with 5 or 6 BR. Let me know what any of you guys
are thinking in terms of size and location, I'm open to anything.
