Final head count for group housing

Hey all,

Just wanted to get the final number of people interested in the group
housing. Last I talked to Molly, there were about 6 of us total.
Getting a final number for this housing group will give all of us a
better idea of what to look for when hunting on craigslist or
elsewhere.

I have only seen a few 6 and 7 BR houses listed, and the bigger ones
seem to be a little more pricey. It seems like average rent is going
to be around $1000. There are quite a few 3 and 4 BR townhouses around
campus, depending on how many people are definitely interested, it
might be easier to split into two groups if we cant find one big house
- unless you guys have seen big houses up for rent? spread the word.

Thoughts? Let's start a chain for all those definitely interested in
group housing. Go!

Well, have you seen where the guys are staying. Apparently the found a townhouse whose rent would be 450 for each one of the boys. Maybe we should look into that.

I had a question, when you say rent do you mean each one of us would be paying 1000 each or would that be spilt between houses

Hey everyone,

 

On craigslist I found a 5 bedroom house with rent being 2500, so that would mean 500 for each of us. All 6 of us could stay if someone is willling to share a room. I'm sending an email to the person who put it up to see if its fully furnished.
