Version caMicroscop / quip_distro

Hello,

I'm working with caMicroscope and I would like to know how to run the caMicroscop in this version: 

http://quip1.uhmc.sunysb.edu/camicroscope/osdCamicroscope.php?tissueId=TCGA-05-4244-01Z-00-DX1

It is not the last version on the quip_distro repository.

Hello Renan,

We use source control for our releases, so here are some of the latest tags for the legacy 2.0 version which that screenshot is from.

https://github.com/camicroscope/Distro/tree/legacy-2.0

https://github.com/SBU-BMI/quip_distro/tree/2.0.5
