Querry to add plugins in viewer

Hello everyone,
  I'm new to caMicroscope and would like to know if it's possible to integrate plugins to enhance the viewer's capabilities. Specifically, I'm interested in plugins such as fuzzy selection, filters, or image inversion. Are there any existing plugins for caMicroscope that I can explore? Additionally, if I develop some, is there a way to add custom plugins to the platform?

Hello,

I think you're discussing adding new filters to the viewer enhance tool (https://github.com/camicroscope/caMicroscope/blob/a9058bd34392c9398625b669d795f7d0500e7ff9/apps/viewer/uicallbacks.js#L2664). You should be able to add a custom kernel in matrix form and apply that. Additional filters not expressible as such a transformation would likely be added to this tool as well. If you'd like, we'll accept pull requests or issues on the camicroscope viewer repository for this!
