Hi,

First I’d like to say (and thank) for a beautifully created plugin. It is really easy to use, and always gets great results, with the exception of one thing, that no matter what I do I can’t figure out how to fix.

Every time I use “Camera”, the “next” and “previous” arrows on the sides do not show up. Instead, there are blank grey squares (see attached image). I went over again and again, but there is probably something I am missing. Can someone please help?

Thanks so much!

Hi,

Just a couple of things that spring to mind. Firstly I'd check the "camera_skins.png" image has been uploaded (it should be in the images folder), also make sure it's linked correctly in the code. Secondly have you made sure that you have a 'skin' listed in the coding (not sure if not having one will cause this problem though just a thought). Finally check the "camera.css" is being loaded correctly.

Hope this helps
Jonny

Hi Nicky,

I had faced exactly the same issue.I ll tell you what I did. You may just try that.

Earlier I had copied the file camera.css and placed contents of it in my own css file. I had picked up only certain portions of the content. I could not see the play, pause icons then. When nothing else worked, I copied the entire camera.css file and used it separately in my project as the demo suggests. It worked after that.

Hope this is useful for you.

Thanks,
Amit

Hi Jonny,

thanks - everything you suggested has been done. The camera_skins.png is up and it seems like it is linked correctly in the css file. I'm sure it has something  to do with this file, as it contains all the arrows and such, but i can't figure out what.

thanks for trying anyway...

hi Amit,

Thanks to you too for trying. Actually, i have used the the camera.css file separately from the get go, so i guess this is not it. But thanks...
