Media library listing fails

In Camera | Administer slide show:
- Add a slide
- Add an image
- select Media Library tab
Observe:
- Not all images are listed, some images are listed twice.
- Images are listed by the document name ("myimage.jpg"), unless the image has been assigned a "Title" within Camera, then the "title" appears.
- Order of the list is reverse alpha?
Using:
WordPress v4.0.1
Camera v1.4.0.1
Not ready for prime time?
