Fatal Error: No database selected. WP 3.9

Upgraded to Wordpress 3.9 and now I get the no database error?? As soon as I activate the slideshow it is immediately shutdown and produces a Fatal Error. It worked fine until I upgraded.

Would appreciate any insight as how to fix it.
