I am excited to be upgrading from a 50d to a 7d. One main reason I did
was the video feature, but I am very new to video features. i've never
ordered anything online but I got a great cyber monday deal.

http://bestpricephoto.com/h/product_info.php/canon-eos-7d-18-megapixel-digital-slr-camera-body-p-19037

after placing my order they call to "confirm" but they also
conveniently upsold me to a memory card for $179.99 32gb and a 4 hour
battery for $149. I am looking around and I think I really got ripped
off on those 2 items.

CAn someone point me to the batteries they use and tell me how long I
should expect them to last.
Also what about memory cards?

The card I purchased is the blue one you will see when scrolling
down.
It appears I way overpaid and I plan to return teh battery and card if
I find better prices.

Thanks in advance

Bestpricephoto.com has unusual business practices.  I would not recommend them.

I got a fairly good deal off amazon. think it was £1000 for the body, and several times less than what you paid for the battery and card. Although if the 32gb card is 60mb/s, thats not too bad!
