Hello Experts,

hoping you could assist here. been using 7d for the last 15 months but since last two months I notice all of a sudden, the camera started low exposure pics in normal broad day light. even at f1.8, th auto speed is set to 1/40 sec which is bit weired. I could hardly go for f8 these days with this issue without bumping up ISO to 3000+. things i ensured 1.  I cleared all camera settings 2. the ISO setting is not in 'A' mode 3. in the quick menu, the expoure is set to '0' i.e its not on the darker side 4. changed lens to see if there is a problem with lens but no issues with lens.

what could be the problem here? has anyone experienced this?

regards - Sunil

Seems like you have these settings on auto.  Have you tried manually take a picture?

Try a good sensor clean (Rocket Blower) or get a pro to do one for you.
