Missing options in manual focusing selections

I'm Trying to Set the Manual Focusing Options on My 7d, I Want to Use Focus Point Expansion. However, When Going into the Settings I Find That I'm Only Able to Select 3 of the 5 Options, of Course Not the two that I want, spot and expansion. Any ideas anyone?

Go into Menu and move over to the C.Fn settings (penultimate option from left to right).  Go into C.Fn III and then scoot down to number 6.  There you can set which options are available to you.  OK?
