auto focus issues

I having a hard time with taking pictures with 2 or more people in a
picture. The auto focus points are always finding one or two faces and
then everyone else is out of focus. What am I doing wrong?

Try using the central focus point with the 4 adjacent points and
always point to the central figure in the group. Next and vital is
your f/stop! if you want the group in focus don't try to shoot at f/
2.8 or f 4 as your depth of field will be too shallow try f/8 or f/11
and if your shutter speed drops too low raise the ISO but try to limit
it to 800. Let us know how you go.
