What time is the ice cream social and business meeting on May 4?  I could not find a time listed in the newsletter.

Our neighborhood's ice cream social and annual meeting will be Saturday, May 4 (rain date Sunday, May 5).  This is a great chance to meet your neighbors and give your input about happenings in the neighborhood.  We neglected to put the times in the newsletter (oops!).  Here's the schedule:

3:30  Ice Cream Social  (water provided, optional:  bring a snack item to share)

4:15 Saftey Training by Clemson Police officer for neighborhood children (and their friends)

4:30 Annual CHA Meeting

       Information about:  new CHA board, covenants committee, hiring a landscaper, ideas to increase saftey on our streets

6:00 Adjournment (helpers for clean up needed)

Please encourage your own children to come to talk to the Clemson Police about riding, walking, and playing on city streets.  Children from other neighborhoods are also welcome.  We have recieved donations of bike bells & reflectors from the new bike shop in Clemson, so every child who comes with a bike will get a prize, and one will win an orange set of pads for the handlebars.  Remember to wear your helmets and saftey gear.

If you will be driving to the social please park on Lancelot and not in the lot at the park (so that there's plenty of room for biking in the park).
