Upload media - only able to upload 1 image at a time

Hi there,
I am using the latest version of Camelot and Java, and am having issues uploading media. I cannot drag and drop images into Camelot (Windows 10). After opening Camelot in a web browser (both Chrome and Edge), I am only able to upload 1 image at a time: i.e. I select 600 photos and drag and drop them, and only 1 photo is uploaded (1 complete, 0 error 0 ignored). Has anyone ran into/solved this issue?

Resolved! Turns out I was trying to upload images from within a compressed (zipped) folder. Extracting all allowed me to drag and drop as usual.
