Hi,

I was having issues with Camelot not starting up and being unable to export data. After doing some reading around, I tried changing the heap size available. It was at 250MB and I tried changing it to 2000MB.

Now when I try to start camelot, it says "Camelot did not shut down cleanly". The logs seem to suggest that it was unable to access the 2000MB heap space, but there should be about 8GB of available memory.

I have tried changing it back to the original 250MB but I just get "there was a problem with the configuration" and it wont change the heap size.

Can anyone help me with this? I cannot acces anything until it is fixed.

Thanks

I think I solved my own issue.

For anyone who has a similar problem, make sure the Temurin distribution of Java has been downloaded. I didn't realise whoever installed Camelot initially on the work computer hadn't installed this, but my issues were fixed immediately after I installed it.
