Camelot 1.6.13 Upload media issue: no error message and no response

Hello Chris,

I am doing the normal 'upload media'  job by dragging & dropping images to a camera, however when I drag images to a camera nothing happens and the system does not even return any error message. I then checked the system log and it seems like when I drag & drop there is no response at all. May I know if you have any idea of what is happening and is there any possible solution? Thank you!

Hi Emily,

Camelot can either be opened in the desktop application or in a web browser.

If using the desktop application, could you open a web browser and navigate to "http://localhost:5341" and try there?
If using the web browser, could you let me know which web browser and see if using another web browser helps (e.g., if using Edge, try Chrome)

Hi there,

I am having the same issue. When I tried via web browser, it only uploaded 1 image at a time (1 complete, 0 failed, 0 ignored) despite me selecting 600+ photos and dragging and dropping them. I tried smaller batches, multiple web browsers, and still ran into this issue. The desktop application is completely ignoring any dragged media.
