Hi all,

I have students using Camelot for image ID'ing and they tend to work on external hard drives. This way once the students complete their tasks, they can return the hard drive to me. I can then use Camelot to check their work once I specify the correct paths to the Camelot sub-folders.

This has been working well for us, except in one case. I can see from the log-files of the student that the folders do contain data but Camelot is not able to open this, despite all the paths having been correctly specified. I also have the backup folder however I'm not sure how I could use this to access the data.

I'm not sure what the issue is and I would appreciate some help troubleshooting, as the work done by the student was substantial. Please let me know if you need any further details as I am happy to provide this.

Best wishes,
Saudamini

Hi Saudamini,
Sorry for the late reply.
Did you have any luck with this?
Was the student working with Windows, Mac, Linux?
What about yourself?
Did you check what version they were using?

Share some screenshots of the drive paths, what the folders show and what you have put into Camelot.

And please share the system logs as there will be an error that will help us.

Thanks
Heidi
