Animal Detection Authentication Failure

Hello,

For the past several days, the animal detection feature has not been functioning "Status:authentication failed." Additionally, I investigated the Settings menu under the Animal Detection heading, clicked the "Check login" button and received the following message "Problem while checking login." I have not altered my login information. Please let me know what steps I should take to resolve this.

Error message screenshots and log information helps.
As you are both from the same organisation, are you using the same instance of Camelot, or separate ones?

Hi Phil & Carson,

This should now be resolved.  Camelot will reconnect to the animal detection service the next time it is restarted and I believe at that point everything will operate as expected.

Please let me know if anything else comes up.

I'm experiencing the same Animal Detection authentication failure as first described above. If it helps, I'm running Camelot v. 1.6.9 and Mac OS X 10.13. I've left screenshots of the issue and system log below.

Hi Philip,

I understand you're seeing that "authentication failed." in the Animal detection summary page?   I cannot see any attempt by Camelot to connect for a few weeks now.

It can happen that when Camelot is first started, it is unable to connect to the animal detection platform and so disables it. You can try to restart Camelot and see whether it then successfully connects and authenticates.

Let me know if you're still unable to get this running.

Hi!
I'm also having trouble with this, checking the API-key gives this response:

That action provides no log message, but when Camelot is started you get the authentication error in the server log. 

I also noticed that https://camelotproject.org/register/ gives a 404-error

For me at least, detection seems to be working since the update Chris referred to.

I see that this service has been restored, however I'm facing a challenge with Detection still saying "Status:authentication failed". When I check the login it says success, though. Is anyone else facing this issue?

I am also experiencing this error. The system was working fine yesterday morning, but then it stopped a couple of hours later.
