Unable to connect with server

Hi there,

I just started playing around in Camelot and had some success uploading sites and cameras and images from my study. I had to delete the software and reinstall on my computer recently and now I keep getting the following error whenever I try to do anything in the program:

Unable to contact server

Technical details:
 - Requested: http://localhost:5341/report via GET

Anyone have any idea what's happening and how I can fix it?

Could you please share a screenshot of where you are seeing that particular error?

I think it’s probably worth reinstalling again

I think I fixed the problem by reinstalling Java and then Camelot!

Hi Heidi,

The error pops up on any of the menu options (Surveys, Sites, Cameras, Reports). 

I can try reinstalling, but it isn't really a typical installation file. It just downloads as just a zipped folder that I can extract to anywhere on my computer, correct?
