Hello
I'm having a problem with the bulk import. When I navigate to the required fields, specifically the Absolute Path to Image File field, I get the following error: All records for this field should be the path to a file, but this isn't the case.
However, the path to the image files is correct. What can I do in this case?

Thank you.

Hi Felinos,

As you rightly surmised Camelot checks that it can find and access the
file in Absolute Path to Image File.

Some problems that could lead to this error include:

1. the CSV uploaded for bulk import is generated on your computer and
sent to Camelot running on a server on a different machine; or
2. any one of the image files referenced in bulk import do not exist or
you do not have permission.

Could you describe how the CSV being used for bulk import was created?
E.g., was it generated by Camelot?

Regards,

Hi Chris, thanks for responding.

Yes, the CSV was generated by CAMELOT. The problem is as follows: I was working with a dataset stored on an external hard drive, and everything was working correctly. However, after disconnecting the hard drive a few days ago and reconnecting it later, I was no longer able to access or work with that database. It seems the system no longer recognizes the directory paths where the information was originally stored.

Luckily, I had already downloaded the full export CSV, which contains all the photo information I had processed up to that point. As a workaround, I tried performing a bulk import with this CSV, but ran into the issue I mentioned earlier.
