input video to camelot

Hi all,

I've been using Camelot for almost three years, really great software for management camera traps photos. Recently, our project plan to move to video setting in camera traps. is there any update that Camelot can works with videos?

Hi there,

No. Camelot doesn’t support video. 

The reason is because of the wildly differing metadata in videos. There’s a lack of standardisation between video manufacturers. 

However, Camelot is open source, so if someone had the technical skills and desire, they could probably extend Camelot for their particular video manufacturer.
