Hi guys,

I am trying to create files for my dissertation and am getting error messages about my timestamps being incorrect when I upload singular images. I believe this can be fixed through other conversations. However, what I'm really struggling to do is figure out how to make my folders of images unloadable to Camelot? I am using a Windows system and am just very perplexed on how the system adds images. I am aware that I need to create a csv file, but I don't really know how that works. Any recommendations for literature that could explains this would be great, or if you have any advice.

Hi Kate,

It sounds like you're looking to do a bulk import.

The first thing to know, is that a bulk import can only be used in a new survey: before the first images are uploaded.

Beyond that, you can follow the documentation here on how to create & import the CSV:
