Dear All

This is to bring to your notice of the noise being generated due to the work being done in the premises of Camellia C-603 during the NO NOISE hours - SUNDAY's and weekdays beyond 6pm.

All of us understand that at some point in time we have to re-furbish our apartments or carry out some work. But this has to be done keeping in mind the rules of the society.

We are not against the work being done, but the continuous breaking of the society rules of getting work done post 6 pm and on Sundays which involves drilling, knocking etc does pose a nuisance for us.

On speaking to Mr. Atul two weeks ago, he did inform that he had given them permission only for painting and that too only for that Sunday. However, there was drilling and hammering work going on under the permission of painting. The lobby assistants were told off that they have got permission to carry on work.

This is still continuing the work carries on - drilling, hammering beyond 6 pm on weekdays sometimes upto quarter to 9pm. This Sunday (28 Aug;16) too there was work going on and there is drilling happening on Mon. 29th Aug at 8 pm and beyond. The lobby assistant were informed by the C-603 resident that they have got permission from the Secretary.

The rules are framed for the smooth functioning of the society and repeated breaking of the norms causing disturbance for the other flat owners which I don't think is justifiable and this would set a precedent for others as well.

Appreciate the permissions given are not misused and not bend society rules using names dropping and brushing aside the cautions made by Admin staff.

Thanks
Deveena
