I wish to raise the following in the AGM.
The reason being that in the past few months the expenses have increased manifold on various matters. Secondly; the general expectations from members have increased. Thirdly due to inflation the cost has increased. Fourthly; the mandatory matters are also incurring expenses.
The following propositions if accepted will enable to shore-up the funds to some extent ( if not all ) :
- The penalty fees on the maintenance should be as per the bye-laws. There should not be any room for any grievance to any member on this matter.
- Increase the shifting charges as per follows : For Tenant ( family )...Rs 15;000.00; For Tenants ( Bachelors/ Singles )...Rs 10,000.00 AND For Owner Rs 12,000.00 and
- Administrative charges towards transfer...Rs 15,000.00
- Provision towards LED Expenses...Rsxxxxx.00
- Provision towards Glass Door Fence in the lobby...Rsxxxxx.00
Kindly note that monetary gains from point number 2 is marginal and very few members will be affected. As such the money / fees will be incurred by the tenant. Only if the member moves-in he will be charged less than the tenant
How about increasing the maintenance per square-feet in the AGM itself instead of in the monthly meet ?
