Dear All,

The insurance of our complex is due for renewal on 21st Oct 15.

The regular agent, M/S Rest Assured has not been responding to our calls. Further enquiries have revealed that the agency is practically closed. The agency was supposed to provide two free PUC camps - as value added service - during the year whereas only one was provided.

On further research, we have been able to get another agency who is ready to provide insurance cover as per the same rates as earlier. The quotation and the agency profile are attached herewith. We have been getting the insurance done by TATA AIG in past. We need to take a call about the same. Further, please see the suggestion regarding revaluation of the property - the Societies may discuss internally and give their inputs.

The matter can be discussed in tomorrow's meeting.
