Dear All,

Please refer to the discussions in yesterday's meetings and attached extracts from Federation Bye Laws.

You are requested to nominate one member each from your Society's Management Committee to the following sub-committees ASAP. This will help in taking up the important and urgent works of the Federation.

1.     Security, Fire fighting and Parking management.

2.     House-keeping and Garden.

3.     Maintenance, AMCs and other annual contracts.

4.     Cultural / Sports.

Mark a CC of your mail to Sevenflowers Utility Manager so that the staff is made aware of the Sub-committee members.
