This has reference to your mail dated 1st June 2021 in connection with painting work to be executed on Sunday, 6th June 2021. You will ensure that work is carried only between 9 AM to 7 PM and that under any circumstances there will be noise created due to painting and /or due to other civil work undertaken by you / your contractor.
In case the Society receives any complaint of noise originating from B-601 on Sunday, due to the work undertaken, then in such circumstances, the Camellia Society reserves the right to forthright suspend the work for Sunday.
