Dear Sir,

As per your mail strength at our site is full but guards are not well due to which there are vacant posts also there is 12 hours duty so we don’t give any overtime to guards to fulfil the post.
Now also we are making arrangements to minimise the shortage.

We assure we are resolving the issue.
