Good day everyone, 

Following is the quote we have received and finalised with the event planner. 

We , the cultural committee members comprising of Mrs. Anuradha Padalkar, Mrs. Shraddha Pandya,,Mrs.Gauri Hadap, Mrs. Sunita Krishna and self met the event planner and have finalised the activities that we intend to have on the day of the Get together. We have conveyed to the event planner that this event is solely with the intent of bringing the residents together and create a bond. With this in mind a few activities have been planned. 

Since it is the month of December , where all event planners are packed and booked, request issue of the advance cheque of Rs.40000/- as we have all agreed with him. 

We have also got in touch with a couple of caterers and have planned the menu . Basis quality and best quote we shall arrange the same. 

Be rest assured , the even is going to be a memorable one.
