1. You are aware that the flat is being occupied by
Mr. Rajat Gupta & Mrs. Niranjana Neelakantan as per the Registered Agreement for a period of 22

3. In the event of the Licensee failing to vacate the flat or neglecting to move out / or his articles from the said premises; the Licensee will be treated as an ‘outsider’ and illegally/ forcibly occupying the Society premises. The Society will take a very serious view of this act and will use all the
available measures to evict the Licensee. You will have to reimburse to the society the expenses borne on the same. The Society shall also charge/levy a fine on you on a per day basis from the day after the end of the agreement till the date of occupation without a valid agreement. The fine as decided by the Mana
gement Committee will be binding on you.
4. In case you wish to extend the stay of the Licensee beyond the expiry of the current registered agreement; you will have to furnish a new agreement which is registered with the authorities before the expiry of the current registered agreement. This agreement should be made available in the Society office 10 days before the expiry of the current agreement; based on which a new/fresh NOC will be issued. Failing; the Society shall charge/levy a fine on you on a per day basis as stated in point 3 above.
5. The occupancy of your flat by outsiders will be a violation of the Bye-Laws / Laws which govern the Camellia Housing Co-operative Private Limited.
6. The illegal occupancy by outsiders poses a serious safety and security risk to all the members living peacefully in the society and to the society property.
This note is sent to you; as it has been noticed that many ‘Licensees’ continue to reside in the premises without a valid registered agreement. You are requested to kindly co-operate with the society for Peaceful and Safe living of the members and towards Securing your Property.
