This is in connection with the sale of our flat. 

We are submitting mandatory form number 20 (1) and 20 (2) for the provisional NOC.

Mr Muralidhar Iyer is  currently sailing  on a ship. His part of the signatures on the above form is pending and will be completed on his return around 15th of March 2023 when he comes back to India.  

In the meantime, I request you to process with the provisional NOC on my assurity  that the required will be done.

Seeking your understanding on the above and to arrange the provisional NOC at the earliest.
