I am forwarding the mail received from Mr Sanjeev Bhatia, the convener of Cultural Committee.

The budget for last year Republic Day celebration was 13,600/-. The amount spent was Rs. 12702/-. 

Additional Budget for Reward to Security Staff: The act of catching an intruder by alert security staff was shared with all Societies. All residents had appreciated this act and some residents had expressed that we must recognise the services of these members of Security staff. You are requested to peruse the trailing mail and approve the budget that includes Rs. 3000/- cash award for the concerned Security Staff.

Chief Guest: Mr Bhatia has also informed that Commander SK Sharma of Voila Alba Society has been invited as Chief Guest and he has kindly agreed to unfurl the National Flag on the Republic Day.

May I request you all to kindly give your consent to the proposal of the Cultural Committee by mail so that they may go ahead with arrangements.
