There is no such thing as a "online full installer" of Camelbox.
When Camelbox was created (2008), few people had the bandwidth to download a "full install" (about 150MB). This is why the installer was designed the way it was, you downloaded a small installer file, which then only downloaded the additional needed to complete the requested install, instead of trying to download a single huge installer file.
The installation steps for Camelbox also explained how you could set up
your own internal mirror once you completed an install of Camelbox on your local machine;
For what it's worth, you *may* be able to use this (current) URL in the installer to install Camelbox on your Windows machine by replacing the URL listed in the installer during the install process;
Please note, Camelbox has not been updated since 2009, and there are no plans to resume development.
In addition, Gtk2 is no longer supported upstream, the last release by the GNOME project was in 2018.
