My 25 YO daughter
has expressed some interest in getting a road bike. She is fairly tall,
5'10", but is all legs and a relatively short torso. No real
experience on road bikes, so TT length and reach need to be a bit on the short
side. Ridden a few at some shops, so I'm thinking that 55-56 cm is about
right. A bit larger or smaller might work or could be adapted. She
is certainly thinking on the inexpensive side pricewise. A steel frame
seems likely, though other materials could work.
If you have
something collecting dust in the back of the garage, let us
know.
