Hi all-

Just posted to the BBC Facebook group:

Cycling kit that's not making the cut for Switzerland. Free to a good home. Most are large/extra large, although some always fit me a little snug, so those could work for medium. Jerseys, socks, layering, skin suit, nordic ski pants, hats, tights, shorts, gloves, more. Some is definitely only suitable for the indoor trainer (I've been told thin lycra should not be worn in public...); most has been well worn. Please share with friends. Pick up at 84 Woods Road in Belfast.

Please share with friends.

Bill,

Tell me you are just updating you gear and not calling it a career to work on your shuffle board game.

There is probably nothing that you wear that could fit me I am guessing, other than a hat……..-Alden

I would be interested in that suit at the bottom of the picture.

I’ve always looked longingly at your beanies. When are you leaving so we all know how soon we have to clean you out? And I don’t know about the rest of you, but I have no idea the story here – why are you going to Switzerland? To train in the Alps to ride in the next Tour de Suisse?

It does have a scuff on one leg from a crash a couple years ago, but otherwise, fast as hell, Scott. All yours…

Hey Geoff-

Our flight to Geneva is Aug 1st, so the sooner the better.

I’ve taken a job teaching math at the International School of Lausanne. Lindsay, Gabe, Romi, and Phoenix will be coming for the school year; others will be joining at various points.

Selling/giving away all belongings except bike and two suitcases.

If you are on Strava, you should see a few more rides in the coming year than you have recently…

Awesome. Logistically let me know what to do. Ideally we would catch a ride before you leave.
