issue with downloading CMap data

I'm facing issues while downloading CMap data from Connectivity Map website. I followed the steps provided in CAMDA web page, but couldn't download the files.
Any suggestion to this issue?

Hi Margaret,
as we do not know what issue exactly you are facing let me just quickly say what worked for me (successfully tested it just now):
(1) I go to https://portals.broadinstitute.org/cmap/ and log in (+ register first if applicable)
(2) I go to downloads (top right tab)
(3) I choose the .cel files arrow
(4) I click on any of the .zip 7 files and it asks me where to save them.

Ok, there seems to be an issue when trying to download selected files.
What I describe above will let you download all the CMAP files. Then you can choose the .cel files of interest (from the whole group). That is not optimal and we are working on a better solution.

Thanks Maciej for your reply. I can also download the complete data. But not from the batch mode utility.

There seems to be a bug when download in batch mode.
We will provide soon an alternative location with required files so there will be no need to download all CMap data.

Hi Margaret,
the person responsible for this data set is investigating issue with CMAP hosts.
I hope soon we will have good news both in terms of possibility to download data from their pages as well as our local copy.

we have created the local copy (in Vienna) of necessary .CEL files.
Please check and updated download instructions on camda,info.
Please let us, know whether everything works fine now.
