Future CAMDA challenges

Comment on or suggest exciting data sets and open ended questions for CAMDA challenges engaging the CAMDA community of scientists around the world!
Which data sets / challenges you would like to see at CAMDA?
Data can be public or restricted:
For public data, there should already be a publication showing base-line results. Please then suggest ideas on how a Camda analysis challenge can go beyond that state of the art.
For restricted data, access to Camda delegates must be straightforward and there must be a possibility to publish after the conference, with everyone who has access to the data on board of a common publication embargo until end October after the conference. Data need to be available to all delegates after accepting an agreement online (no need for individual signed papers).
