The Health Privacy Challenge presents an exciting platform to explore privacy preservation in synthetic gene expression datasets. The challenge runs in Blue Team vs Red Team scheme:
Blue Teams (🫐) develop privacy-preserving methods to generate synthetic gene expression datasets, or as,
Red Teams (🍅) develop membership inference attack methods to assess the robustness of the synthetic data against privacy attacks.
