Good morning. I believe we have done very well with the background work as regards sourcing venue and cost.

 

Can we implore Mr. Iyasere to help us speed up the process of dispatching the letters?

 

Can Mr. Iyasere also help us enquire from Mr. Tunde Lawanson what the response of Mr. Bolaji Okusaga is? He is one of the facilitators we are looking at bringing

 

Can the NIA also send the minutes of the last meeting to the CAMCONIA mailing group so as to carry all other people who were not able to attend along?

 

If we can get the above sorted out, I believe we would have gained a few more yards in our quest to make this retreat a success.

 

On my part, I will start looking at getting us a second facilitator as soon as I get the topic to be discussed.

Please find below details of our conclusion on the Retreat

 

Date: August 28-30 (3nights)

Venue: Continental Suite, Ibara, Abeokuta

Conference Fee: 100,000 per representative and 10% discount for more than one representativ

Conference Topic: (please liase with Kenneth to provide the topic from the minute of the last meeting)

 

Other Details

- Room Rate: N16,800 per night (discounted already based on negotiation for 20 participants) = 50,400 per participant for 3 days

- Free Complimentary breakfast (complete meal wither continental or African)

- Meal - N2,000 (controlled buffet) = N4,000 per person a day = N12,000 per person for 3 days

- 24 hours wifi internet supply

- Free Gym and swimming pool for guests

- Meeting room @ N65,000 per day = 130,000 for 2 days

- Water N100 per bottle

 

So far each representative based on 20 number will incur about 70,000 each on lodging and feeding

 

We believe a balance of N30,000 and further support from NIA purse can handle fees for 2 facilitators and a mini social event on Saturday.

Please you may let us have your opinion on the above arrangement asap so that we can quickly intimate our colleagues on CAMCONIA whatsapp platform, while we advise that letters are dispatched as urgent as possible.
