Dear Dancers,
This Friday Jason Rowe will be in Cambridge to lead us through the 5 Rhythms. Come along and dance and explore how your body feels dancing alone or with others. This session will include an exploration of boundaries and spatial awareness, as well as the usual lovely dance!
Please remember that the dance floor is a talk- and mobile-free space, and please do not take photos. Please bring lots of water to keep hydrated during the dance.
Cambsdance is a drink- and drug-free space: no drugs, alcohol, plant medicines, or any illegal substances to be brought into the venue, or to be used before coming to dance.
We will be dancing at St Paul's Church on Hills Road from 7 pm until 9 pm. Doors will open at 6.45, please do not arrive early as the crew will be busy preparing the space. We will greet dancers as they arrive and check names off the list. Spaces are by advance booking only.
The entrance door will be locked during the dance - we will aim to lock it by 7 pm if at all possible, and definitely not later than 7.15. Our wonderful crew do a lot to create a beautiful space for the dance and they are there because they love dancing too. As soon as we can lock the door they will be able to join the dance.
Parking is available in the streets around the church.
love
