Scheduling YAG meeting for December or January

Dear YAG,

I'd like to schedule our next meeting for December or early January. Our tentative plan for the activity is to sing using Bucket Brigade, since among the activities that require little planning, that's the one we haven't done for the longest time and most people at the last meeting seemed OK with it. I'm open to proposals for other activities.

For now, I'm considering dates from next Monday, December 12 through Friday, January 13. If you're interested in attending, please enter your availability at https://doodle.com/meeting/organize/id/b6XJ9Aze by Thursday, December 8. That will give me enough time to announce the chosen date before the earliest possible date (December 12). The choice will also be affected by the availability of Bucket Brigade, but I'm collecting people's availability for all dates so that if it turns out that the best date for attendees is one when Bucket Brigade isn't available, we can consider meeting then for another activity. I realize many people may be busy for the holidays. That's fine; please respond "maybe" or "no" as appropriate.

Dear YAG,

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, January 11, because that works for everyone who responded.  I'm announcing this now so you can reserve the time on your calendar if you want to attend.  I'll send a reminder closer to the date with a Zoom link.

The tentative plan for the activity is still Bucket Brigade singing, and I've gone ahead and reserved the Bucket Brigade system, but I'm still open to proposals for other activities.
