Housemate Sought

Housemate sought for 2 person house or flat share, for at least one year.

I just moved to Cambridge and am lodging temporarily. I would like to move into more permanent housing in the spring, i.e. sometime in either March, April or May 2014.

I would prefer to live in a small house with a garage or secure shed to keep my bikes in... In fact, I would prefer to live in a cheaper and semi-rural location up to 6 miles from the centre of Cambridge, but as I work centrally I'm not bothered by locality.

Currently monitoring the University Accommodation List for suitable houses. Max rent considered £500 excluding bills and council tax, approx £650 incl.

At home, I like to cook from scratch, clean up as I go along, and listen to Radio 4, Radio 3 and sometimes 6Music. I always buy The Guardian on a Saturday.
