4 friendly professionals in their thirties (3 females and one male) looking for an easy going, tidy and considerate housemate, happy to share some time with us and not just looking for a room to stay. We usually have quiet evenings during the week, spending time with each other or by ourselves, and we enjoy having friends round for dinner at the weekend. The house is a renovated Victorian family home with a very special ambiance. In the room there is a desk, single bed and hanging space. You'll be sharing a bathroom on the first floor with two females. There is also a living room, downstairs laundry, and a spacious well-equipped ground floor kitchen with huge doors on to the beautiful patio and garden. The rent includes bills and wireless Internet.

 

The room is available from 13^th September 2010.
