Our sunny 1-bedroom flat is available from 31 August at West Cambridge
site, 7 Charles Babbage Road (Forster Court).

The flat is heading south, and consists of one bedroom, a bathroom
with a strong shower, and a large living/dining/kitchen area. It is in
excellent condition, very well insulated (nice and warm in winter),
has a wooden floor and comes furnished with lots of storage space.

It is ideal for either singles or couples. The flat belongs to
Cambridge University, and is very well maintained. The cost is 765 GBP
per month, and the electricity (heating and warm water) summed up to
about 25-30 GBP per month for us. We have enjoyed living here a lot -
it's been by far the best accommodation we have had in Cambridge.
