Postdoc looking for a flatmate!

Hello, I am a female postdoc and I am looking for someone to share a
two-bedroom flat with.

The flat is located in a quiet residential street near the first part
of Cherry Hinton Road (15 minutes walk from the Railway Station, 10
minutes walk from Homerton College).

The bedroom will be available from the end of July.

It comes unfurnished but a wall wardrobe is available just outside the
room door. The flat is made up of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large
living room and a bathroom. As I always work in my room, the large
living room can be used by the other tenant as his/her home office
space.

The monthly share of the rent – bills excluded – is £ 397.50. The
security deposit is one month and a half. Minimum 6-month contract.

Non-smoking people only, please.

For those who are new to Cambridge: finding cheap or second hand stuff
to furnish the room is really not a problem and I can help if you need
advice.
